- Michael Shrear has been in the 'back of the house' at some of Chicago's finest restaurants and Bluestone is proud to have him as Executive Chef. From Le Titi de Paris to Campagnola to Jacky's Bistro and more, Michael has accumulated a repertoire of creative, delicious and good-for-you menu items ranging from our signature Bluestone Burger to Crab & Shrimp Cakes with Fire Roasted Corn Salsa. Meet the owners...
John and Jennifer Enright both come from extensive hospitality backgrounds and have owned and managed restaurants in Chicago and Atlanta. They have created a warm, comfortable oasis on Central Street in Evanston that features outstanding menus, fantastic surroundings and a great staff. Opened in 2001, Bluestone has become a favorite gathering place for locals and visitors alike looking for family dining, a more intimate evening out or a post-game cocktail.
